Mission

At Kokua Healthcare, it is our mission to enrich the lives of those we serve by providing caring, compassionate and wellness-focused in-home care and to provide an encouraging and supportive environment where all of our employees have the opportunity to thrive.

Vision

Our vision is to care for our clients with respect, dignity, and compassion. We aim to be the premier home care provider in Hawaii. We strive to lead the industry to the highest standards of professionalism. Our vision is to be the company that all employees are proud to be part of and to be the company where all the employees demonstrate the highest standards of commitment, are highly trained, and are highly inspired to treat every client like their own Ohana.

Values

Kokua Healthcare was strategically named to let our clients know us before meeting us. Kokua means “help.” Its deeper meaning, however, is to extend help to others in a sacrificial way, with no intent of personal gain. It means to cooperate and pitch in without regard for self and to have consideration for others. We are a home care agency that cares for your loved ones with compassion and treats them with integrity, dignity, and respect.
